Jerry sends us the latest photo of the megabridge showing the stretch from Rama III Road to the river.

Progress of the mega-bridge - May 4, 2004
Jerry send in these latest shots of the new bridge construction. Compare these to the ones taken a month ago--the v-shaped support on the far side of the river has gone up in just a month.

Nuttaphong corrects this: I guess the v-shaped support you said grew up for only within one month has constructed some part already at the beginning of April. (In Jerry's April photo), that support should be at the right side of the red crane. But it's almost out of the photo frame. Although I can see a V-like-shape shadow in that old photo.
